"Lo que está ocurriendo hoy constituye un mensaje de gran valor social", dijo Maurizio Occhiuto, uno de los dos abogados que administra el Café de París en nombre de los jueces de Calabria que ordenaron su clausura en el 2009.
El café tiene entre 30 y 50 empleados, dependiendo de la temporada. La mayoría son demasiado jóvenes para recordar los días de la Dolce Vita, pero todos han visto la película y están felices de trabajar en un lugar que es parte de la historia cinematográfica.
"Esperamos que la gente venga aquí por el buen servicio, por la historia del lugar y por el prestigio, y también porque ahora le estamos dando una ayuda al movimiento anti-mafioso", dijo un camarero que no quiso ser identificado.
